HealthRIGHT 360 offers residential treatment services designed to serve individuals and families with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our program helps clients address addiction and related issues, increase skills, manage stressors, connect to supportive service, and build a foundation for lasting recovery. Residential programs run 24/7 and Individual and group therapy, family therapy, individualized case management, treatment planning, drug and alcohol counseling, Medication support services, and crisis intervention.

Additionally, we provide transitional support for individuals re-entering the community after involvement in the criminal justice system. By integrating physical and behavioral health, we empower individuals to overcome challenges by addressing social determinants of health, fostering resilience, and facilitating recovery.
The Male Community Reentry Program (MCRP), a program of HealthRIGHT 360, is a residential facility with a capacity of 200 beds, designed for adult males who have less than two years remaining on their prison sentences. Instead of being incarcerated in a state prison, eligible individuals can complete the remainder of their sentences in the community through MCRP. The program offers a variety of rehabilitative services focused on substance use disorder (SUD), mental health care, primary care, employment, education, housing, family reunification, and social support. Treatment for substance use disorders and mental health issues provided by MCRP typically lasts from 6 to 12 months, ensuring comprehensive support for participants.
The Overnight Client Safety Navigator (CSN) is an in-person role that fosters a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment while working with program leadership, law enforcement, and other teams to respond to emergencies such as drug use, overdose, and program disruptions.

Competencies
Computer Literacy. Ability to use the computer for training, documentation, to read and respond to emails, and to perform administrative tasks.

Cultural Sensitivity. Ability to interface well with diverse populations, including individuals with a history of incarceration or substance abuse, or mental illness while withholding judgment.
Interpersonal Skills. Ability to establish rapport, build trust, and maintain professional boundaries with clients and colleagues.
Knowledge of Community Resources. Familiarity with local resources and services available for individuals dealing with mental health issues, substance abuse, or related challenges, facilitating appropriate referrals and support.Bilingual preferred.
