Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a personable, motivated, and detail-oriented Client Relationship Representative to join our growing team in Indianapolis, IN.

In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping maintain positive relationships, coordinate communications, and ensure an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with new and existing clients.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and general support.
• Provide clear, timely, and professional communication to ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Assist with client onboarding, follow-ups, and relationship management activities.
• Maintain accurate client records, interactions, and relevant documentation.
• Address client concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Contribute to team goals while promoting a positive and consistent client experience.
