Our Loans, Wealth & Markets team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Davao City with the role of Client Relationship Officer
In this role, you will be the face of the EastWest Priority Center, assisting Priority clients with their day-to-day banking needs, coordinating with internal teams for seamless service delivery, and supporting Relationship Managers in maintaining strong client relationships. You will play a key part in ensuring clients receive efficient, personalized, and high-quality banking experiences.

What the role will entail
Welcome and assist Priority clients with their banking transactions and coordinate with RBG Store Sales and Support Officers for tellering and account requirements
Manage documentation and ensure accurate execution of client transaction requirements
Support Relationship Managers in handling clients, preparing account maintenance instructions, and coordinating with internal departments
Serve as the main contact point for clients to ensure smooth and efficient account operations
Monitor and ensure prompt and accurate reporting of suspicious transactions to the Compliance Division
Contribute to maintaining exceptional client service standards and operational efficiency
What were looking for
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or related field
1-2 years of experience in retail banking with knowledge of account opening and over-the-counter transactions
Familiar with key banking products such as CASA, Time Deposits, Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income (government and corporate bonds), Mutual Funds/UITFs, Bancassurance (Traditional and VUL), Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, and Mortgage products
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client requests efficiently
