What can you expect?
As a Client Relationship Manager (Health & Benefits)at Marsh Abu Dhabi, you will serve as the main point of contact for a large portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless service delivery across multiple areas of Marsh. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will bring strong expertise in benefits strategy, project management, and negotiations, while maintaining a consistent commitment to service excellence.

We will rely on you to:
Client Relationship Management & Benefits Expertise
Lead relationships with both existing and new MMB clients, developing tailored regional benefits strategies.
Build a deep understanding of the regional benefits landscape and evolving market trends.
Develop strong client relationships by understanding each client’s business needs and employee benefits philosophy.
Conduct benchmarking exercises to assess client benefits against market standards and peer groups.
Produce quarterly claims analytics reports, identifying cost drivers and trends to support cost-containment initiatives.
Oversee the renewal of insured benefits programs and ensure clear employee communication throughout the process.
Market Insight & Relationship Building
Stay informed on insurers’ service propositions and capabilities to provide sound, market-informed recommendations.
Establish and maintain strong relationships across the insurance market.
Collaborate with underwriters on claims and funding strategies for MMB clients.
Participate in negotiations relating to insurer service-level agreements.
Portfolio Growth & Business Development
Identify new business opportunities through market research, referrals, and personal networks.
Explore opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts.
Work closely with other Marsh practices to identify and deliver cross-selling opportunities.
Process Compliance & Financial Performance
Adhere to internal servicing guidelines to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Ensure accuracy across policy contracts and client documentation.
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Meet individual targets for client retention and new business acquisition.
Track and report revenue performance on a monthly basis.
Leadership & Communication
Mentor and support junior team members, encouraging the sharing of best practices.
Maintain proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders across global teams.
Bring forward innovative ideas and solutions to address evolving client needs.
What you need to have:
Strong technical experience in Employee Health & Benefits (EH&B)
Deep knowledge of the regional insurance market
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective negotiation and project management skills
