Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service?

MUFG Pension & Market Services is looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our Employee Share Plans team.

Working with a portfolio of leading corporate clients, you'll become their trusted partner, helping deliver successful Employee Share Plans while building long-term relationships and providing outstanding service.

No Employee Share Plans experience? No problem.

We're looking for relationship managers with strong communication skills, commercial curiosity and the ability to learn. If you've managed corporate or business clients within financial services or another regulated environment, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

About the Role

You'll manage your own portfolio of corporate clients, becoming their primary point of contact and trusted adviser.

This is a varied role combining relationship management, commercial thinking and operational delivery. Working closely with internal specialists, you'll coordinate employee share plan activities, deliver exceptional service and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships.

What You'll Bring

You'll be an experienced relationship manager who enjoys building trusted partnerships, solving problems and delivering positive client outcomes.

You'll also bring:

• Experience managing corporate or business client relationships.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High emotional intelligence and a customer-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence learning technical concepts and new systems.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to be hands-on when required.

Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:

• Financial Services
• Employee Share Plans
• Share Registry or Issuer Services
• Corporate Trust
• Banking, Wealth Management or Stockbroking
• Funds Management or Superannuation
• Other client-facing roles within regulated or technical environments
