Our Los Angeles, CA and/or San Diego, CA office is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team – Must be within market to be considered.
As a Client Relationship Manager, you are Responsible for managing a defined book of business consisting of Regional Account (500-4,999 lives) customers. Your primary role is to retain and grow your book of business.
This is accomplished through the following:
Qualifications
* Must reside near the listed office to be considered: Los Angeles, CA and/ or San Diego, CA.
This role follows a Hybrid Work Arrangement that includes time spent traveling within your market, working remotely, and collaborating in‑office. You can expect to work up to three days per week (Tuesday through Thursday) in one of our office locations, with additional flexibility to work remotely when not in the field.
Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
$80,000 - $120,000
