We are looking for a proactive, people-focused professional to join our growing team. You do not need to be an accountant. We already have a highly skilled technical team that manages the accounting, tax and compliance work.

What we need is someone who can sit in the driver's seat, build exceptional client relationships, coordinate workflow, and ensure our clients feel supported, informed and genuinely cared for throughout their journey with us.

Our Northern Beaches office works with a broad range of clients across multiple industries and specialist sectors, including medical professionals, construction, professional services, property, hospitality, retail & e-commerce and self-managed super funds. The Role: Client Relationship Manager

This is not a traditional accounting role. You won't be preparing tax returns or spending your day buried in spreadsheets. Instead, you'll become a trusted point of contact for your portfolio of clients by:

• Owning client communication and relationships
• Coordinating workflow between clients, our offshore and onshore accountants
• Managing deadlines, priorities and deliverables across your portfolio
• Helping clients understand processes and keeping them informed every step of the way
• Supporting Partners and Managers with client engagement and service delivery
• Driving stronger internal processes, systems and efficiencies
• Building long-term trusted relationships with business owners across a variety of industries.

If you enjoy taking ownership, keeping things moving, solving problems and making clients feel genuinely supported, you'll excel in this role.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage day-to-day communication with clients, ensuring an exceptional client experience
• Coordinate workflows between our offshore team and onshore accountants
• Monitor deadlines, manage compliance calendars and ensure deliverables remain on track
• Improve processes, introduce efficiencies and champion best practice
• Support Partners and Managers with client summaries, updates and follow-ups
• Use modern cloud-based systems and automation tools to streamline work
• Build strong, trusted relationships with business owners across a diverse client portfolio.

(Any technical accounting knowledge required will be taught on the job.)
