We are now looking for an experienced manager to join our Client Relationship Management team in Beijing. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a global corporation that will give you fantastic exposure to the dynamic and fast-growing businesses in Asia.

A role you will love

The core job competent of Client Relationship Manager is to establish and develop client relationships, handle client issues and ensure client satisfaction, upsell and cross-sell ESOP products and services.

Some other key accountabilities will include:

• Build and maintain proactive and positive relationships with clients, managing portfolios effectively and efficiently, building client trust in our capability to deliver, ensuring client retention
• Manage client actions and deliver resolution to issues, through creative solutions and service excellence, meeting our client portfolios expectations and satisfaction
• Assist and support management team by identifying potential revenue opportunities, meeting associated EBITDA goals
• Design, develop and deliver professional presentations both internally and externally
• Compile and deliver well-structured financial analysis and costings
• Support colleagues to ensure completion of core governance and procedures so as to maintain compliance and regulatory responsibilities
• Maintain customer information as required for internal analysis
• Effectively represent Client Management within the organization providing education and upskilling to a range of colleagues
• Actively identify opportunities for efficiencies, solutions and synergies within the group and wider business
• Other tasks assigned by management

What will you bring to the role?

To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional relationship building and interpersonal skills. Stable personality, strong communication skills, and excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Some other key skills required for the role:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Finance, Accounting, or business-related areas.
• At least 5 years of related working experience.
• Customer focused with excellent communications skills. Strong problem-solving skills and well-developed commercial acumen.
• Demonstrate initiative, organizational and time management skills.
• Adapts to change, is open to new ideas, takes on new responsibilities, handles pressure, and adjusts plans to meet changing needs.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and has a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent English and Mandarin required with Cantonese an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office. Able to accept a certain amount of overtime work and travel arrangements.
