Job Description

Our client, a growing advisory firm based in l-Imrieħel, is currently looking for a Client Relationship Executive (Chinese Speaking) to join their team. In this role, you will play a central part in delivering a high level of personalised service to international High Net Worth clients, whether direct or referred by introducers. You will coordinate the full range of residency, citizenship and relocation services throughout the client journey.

This is an office-based role, offering a salary of up to €40K.

Kindly note that only candidates who are based in Malta can be considered for this role.

Role & Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for your clients, keeping communication clear, consistent and professional
• Work with introducers and their assistants or PAs to handle client requests and instructions promptly
• Manage a portfolio of High Net Worth clients seeking relocation, residency, citizenship or other services in Malta
• Welcome clients on arrival and during their visits to Malta
• Assist clients with accommodation, transport and other requests during their stay
• Book biometrics appointments and accompany clients to the relevant authorities when required
• Prepare, review and file client forms, applications and supporting documents
• Liaise with government authorities and internal departments
• Assist in drafting Letters of Engagement, rental agreements and related documents
• Collaborate with the Senior Client Relationship Executive, Operations and Finance to ensure all files are complete and compliant
• Monitor client milestones and deadlines, keeping everyone informed of progress
• Translate and interpret in Chinese when needed
• Represent the firm at local and international events and conferences when required

Education, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within immigration, relocation or professional services
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese both spoken and written - non-negotiable
• Previous experience in corporate compliance or document processing is a plus
• Cultural sensitivity and a diplomatic approach
• Organised, with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
• Client-focused and professional, with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Trusted to treat sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
• Willing to travel on behalf of the company as needed
