Job Description

A leading advisory agency for Malta residency and citizenship government programmes is urgently looking for a Chinese-Speaking Client Relationship Executive to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting international High Net Worth clients namely with residency, citizenship, investments, tax, and global mobility solutions.

This is an office-based role with flexible hours and offers a salary of up to €45K depending on experience

Due to the urgency of the role, we are only considering candidates who are already based in Malta with a valid work permit.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of HNW clients

• Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients

• Meet physically with clients once they're in Malta

• Manage administrative tasks

• Be the first point of contact for clients by assisting with their needs in a professional manner

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles in Malta

• Fluency in Chinese at a native level both written and spoken

• Fluency in English both written and spoken

• Experience in corporate and compliance is a plus

• Able to work under pressure

• Organized with excellent time management skills

• Client first mindset with the ability to communicate professionally

• Able to work independently and within a team
