Job Description

A day in the life:

We are looking for someone who is client centric and able to leverage internal resources to help your client(s) achieve their strategic mobility- and immigration objectives, and to help grow the client relationship, innovate processes, and expand our services.

Your client activities:

  • Manage a portfolio of mostly SME clients as well as other smaller clients
  • Will work with the Client Relationship Director to create a strategic growth plan for each client that will focus on maximizing the client’s usage of Newland Chase’s (NC) capabilities (both at the national and global levels, as applicable.)
  • Pro-actively seek greater NC/CIBT utilization e.g. Projects, Consultations, CIBT services, group move immigration management, seasonal influxes, and following up on immigration changes to encourage discussions around NC support as the changes affect their employees.
  • Training of clients as sub users of the Immigo Client Portal
  • Facilitate responding to client enquires as they are directed to Client Relationship Team
  • Identify spend, SLA and satisfaction trends for assigned clients and other clients as requested
  • Assists with onboarding, implementation, and offboarding of clients as requested
  • Assists team members with project preparation and execution, including reporting and presentations
  • Leads other projects as assigned
  • Works closely with Regional Client Relationship Director to provide support as needed
  • Ensure that all client specific processes and procedures are documented in our systems and share them with the supporting teams.

If you have the following skills and competencies, we want to talk to you!

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with two -plus years related experience in client service/account management and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior industry experience in travel, global mobility or immigration is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to generate clear, well-organized written documentation for an internal and external audience
  • Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Tools
  • Confident in verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter and pro-active team member with a desire to show initiative, ownership, and commitment to the role.
  • Ability to prioritize own work and team's work and take on multiple projects.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities proven through working on complex projects.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team.
  • Able to demonstrate a positive and flexible attitude to work, particularly in new initiatives.

Working Conditions/Location: this position would be hybrid with some travel required.
