The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Client RelationshipConsultantto join our Clients & Sectors team in AustraliaThis role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne on a full-time or part-time basis.You will play a key rolesupportingone or moreClient Relationship Managersinmanaging some of the firms most significant clientsYou will workclosely with theClient Relationship Managers andrelevant Client Relationship Partners todeliver on the client’s requirements,identifyopportunities, andcome up withinnovative ways to partner with theclientsin your portfolio
Whatyou’lldo
Support the CRM in implementing the growth strategy for a portfolio of clients,assistingwith internalco-ordinationandmaintainingaccount plans,trackersand progress updates.
Assistin delivering a structured approach to client management by monitoringobjectives,maintainingaccuraterecords ofactivityand helping to ensure accountability across multi-dimensional (products/region) client relationships.
Co-ordinate and support the day-to-day operations of the client team, working alongside partners and lawyers tofacilitatetimelycommunication, manage follow-up on agreed actions andassistin the execution of the growth strategy.
Supportthe development of high-quality bids and client-facing materials.
Work closely with internal teams to compile information anddeliver on clientreporting requirements.
Partnerwith Marketing, Communications and Events teams to deliverclient-facing initiatives
This is a full-time or part-time permanent role based in either our Melbourne or Sydney office. We work flexibly in line with our Agile60 guidelines.
Whatyou’llbring
3+years' experience working within a professional services environment in a client-facing or business development support capacity, with exposure to client management and relationship building.
Solidinterpersonal skills, with a demonstrable ability to build effective working relationships with business services colleagues.
Confidence in engaging and communicating with senior stakeholders, with a developing ability to navigate a partnership environment.
Experience supporting or co-ordinating tenders,bidsor pitches, including project management of associated workstreams and deadlines.
Demonstrated organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Commercialacumen, including the abilityand confidenceto contribute tothe identification of opportunities, pitching, andpricing considerationsfor clients
High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
A degree in marketing, commerce, business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
An innovative mindset, curiousabout AI and emerging technologies.

Our brand, marketing and digital team help position us as thought leaders amongst our target markets in the areas we most want to be known for, by creating intuitive and engaging collateral,eventsand campaigns.
