We are seeking a talented individual to join our Valuation Services team at Marsh. This role will be based in Melbourne or Brisbane. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Client Relationship and Delivery Manager – QLD, VIC and WA Valuations

Marsh Valuation Services specialises in the valuation of property, infrastructure, plant and equipment assets across the Pacific region, with a particular focus on financial reporting and insurance valuations.

In this senior role, you will partner with the Head of Valuations to lead client relationships, delivery and portfolio growth across private sector clients in Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia.

You will work closely with experienced valuers to deliver high-quality outcomes on significant engagements across a range of industries.

We will count on you to:

  • Oversee and deliver significant valuation engagements across property, infrastructure, plant and equipment assets

  • Lead and support valuers across multiple projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key clients and stakeholders to support retention and growth

  • Contribute to business development by preparing approaches, proposals and client presentations

  • Provide technical advice and quality assurance oversight to help ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance across deliverables

  • Use commercial judgement to support financial management, project profitability and resource planning, and represent Marsh internally and externally

What you need to have:

  • AAPI with CPV qualification

  • Significant experience in valuations, ideally across property, infrastructure, plant and equipment assets

  • Demonstrated people leadership, stakeholder management and project management skills

  • Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, profitability and resource planning, plus availability to travel interstate, nationally and internationally as required
