Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients across the translation and localisation industry.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication.
• Understand client requirements, expectations, and business objectives to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
• Respond promptly to client enquiries, feedback, and concerns, providing suitable solutions and escalating issues when required.
• Coordinate with project management, sales, operations, and other internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, communications, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Support client onboarding, account reviews, service updates, and regular business communications.
• Prepare reports and provide feedback on client needs, service quality, and relationship development opportunities.
• Stay informed about translation, localisation, language services, and industry technologies to support informed client discussions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• Proven experience in client relations, customer success, account management, customer service, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other client management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Experience in the translation and localisation industry is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
