Join MUFG Corporate Markets, a global provider of shareholder analytics, market intelligence and investor relations technology supporting listed companies and institutional clients worldwide.

Our team partners with corporate issuers and investor relations teams to deliver deep shareholder insights, perception studies, targeting strategies and market-leading technology solutions. The business builds on the legacy expertise of Orient Capital and its proprietary shareholder management platform, miraqle.

We are seeking a Client Relations Manager to join our Hong Kong team, working closely with senior stakeholders across listed companies and investor relations teams.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Client Relations, the Client Relations Manager will manage a portfolio of corporate clients and play a key role in delivering high-quality client service across shareholder intelligence and investor relations solutions.

You will work closely with senior executives, investor relations professionals and company secretariat teams, helping clients maximise the value of our analytics, reporting and technology solutions.

This role suits someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, presenting insights clearly, and working within a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across a portfolio of corporate clients
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for investor relations and corporate governance teams
  • Maintain regular and proactive communication with clients to ensure strong engagement and service delivery
  • Support the Head of Client Relations in conducting strategic client reviews

Client Delivery

  • Deliver reports, insights and presentations to clients with professionalism and clarity
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on the miraqle platform
  • Respond to client enquiries promptly and effectively
  • Support clients in interpreting shareholder data and market intelligence

Collaboration & Internal Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Business Development and Business Analysts
  • Support business development initiatives through strong client engagement and service excellence

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to consistent client servicing standards across the team
  • Support internal compliance processes and ensure client deliverables meet organisational and regulatory standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve client service and operational processes

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally within financial services or professional services
  • Exposure to investor relations, capital markets, financial communications, or corporate governance is advantageous
  • Experience working in a client service, account management or CRM environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain insights clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Highly organised with strong time management and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Professional, confident and client-focused approach
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
  • Fluent English and Mandarin (written and spoken)

Additional Information

  • Based in Hong Kong
  • Occasional travel to Mainland China may be required
  • Participation in relevant industry events may form part of the role
