The Client Relations Intern will play a vital role in supporting our dynamic Client Relations teams across Tiffany & Co., Malaysia. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in CRM, Client Events, the Client Experience and Client Gifting while witnessing the real-world application of luxury retail concepts in a luxury environment.

We are seeking an intern who can commit full-time for at least three to six months.

Responsibilities

Reporting and Client Analysis

  • Help with monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Assist in analyzing client data and CRM programs to understand what's working well
  • Track the success of major sales events and client activities by working with retail teams
  • Create client lists and reports as needed, and work with global teams if there are issues
  • Share insights from data, including market and competitor information

Clienteling & CRM Support

  • Assist retail teams with creative and logistical support for in-store events
  • Assist with follow-up for events and programs, including client development activities
  • Support client gifting initiatives, managing regional orders and allocations
  • Contribution to the regional coordination of overseas events to support the client experience
  • Compile and support on preparation of strategy and events presentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and diplomacy skills
  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
  • Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Ability to take initiative and be proactive
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
