About the Company

Our client is a Chinese smartphone brand known for its innovative camera technology, fast charging, and sleek designs, competing in both mid-range and premium segments globally.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and key client.
  • Develop and execute tailored strategies to grow and retain client relationships
  • Regularly review client accounts to identify new opportunities and potential risks
  • Analyze client feedback and market trends to recommend service improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless, high-quality client experiences
  • Stay up to date with the latest products, services, and technologies

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Degree preferably in Business Studies / Marketing or equivalent, with at least 10
    years of sales experience in telecommunication industry
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients at all levels
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address client needs
