General Description
We are seeking a Client Relations Analyst to join our team. The Client Relations Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting strategic programs within a premier investment bank (IB) and private wealth advisory initiatives. Working closely with the Chief Client Relations and Opportunities Officer and the department management team, this analyst focuses on driving new business initiatives and enhancing client partnerships. Key responsibilities include analyzing client data and trends to identify growth opportunities. The analyst also assists in supporting key accounts, facilitating effective communication, and contributing to strategic planning efforts that align with the Corporate, M&A and Securities (CMAS) business objectives.
Additionally, as part of the Client Relations and Opportunities (CRO) team, the analyst will help manage events, coordinate essential projects (e.g., Business Owner Summits) for the CMAS section, prepare and schedule conference meetings and materials, and assist with both internal and external client outreach.
