Client Relations Coordinator - Intern

Reporting to the Client Relations Manager, The Client Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Client Relations team in Europe. This position focuses on enhancing data capture for top clients, assisting in the creation of client portfolios, and supporting various client-focused initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:

Client Data Management of our top clients Profiles:

  • Follow up on Clients Mapping for the region
  • Create automatic follow up of our top clients and high potentials (sales, turnover…)
  • Provide regular and consistent analysis & feedback to European teams for continuous improvement of top client knowledge

Client strategy:

  • Work with CR teams to identify and send top clients to relevant events or experiences
  • Make sure we have consistency within the region on the client strategy
  • Work on improving client segmentation, profiling and targeting for any action to recruit new high potential clients
  • Hospitality programs & virtual bridges
  • Work on regional and Global report as needed

Gifting and client treatment:

  • Assist the region in their gifting strategy, consolidate the annual orders and order for events as needed.
  • Follow up on gift shipping, tracking, cancellation and budget per clusters
  • Analyze the use of gifting per cluster
  • Assist with bridges clients as needed for local client treatments.

Event Support:

  • Assist in the RSVPs follow up
  • Organize the order and distribution of event collaterals
  • Check the invoicing from client treatment agencies and assist with the charge backs by clusters and country.
  • Manage the appointment schedule
  • Track Hotel room reservations for Europe
  • Help on hospitality packages and itineraries as needed
  • Other support as needed

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Sales Force, CRM and clienteling profile
  • Detail-oriented, organized, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
  • Passion and creativity for client relationship building
