The role will meet and greet all our clients and external visitors. Work as part of a small team to provide a world class guest experience on a busy client floor.

There will be reporting responsibilities to Corporate Services management.

Core Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet clients, provide a warm and professional welcome
  • Provide a cloak room service
  • Offer clients refreshments whilst waiting in the business lounge
  • Escort clients to required destination
  • Inform the host of client’s arrival in a timely manner
  • Ensure that clients are kept regularly up to date if host is delayed
  • Provide AV support in the meeting rooms including connecting VC, Zoom and Team calls plus assist with setting up presentations
  • Work closely with the hospitality and IT team to ensure a cohesive service
  • Ensure that the whole client floor including reception, business lounge, meeting rooms, corridors and wc’s are always kept clean and tidy. Liaise with relevant teams to report any issues and ensure a timely response to resolve any issues
  • Confirm same day client floor room bookings in a timely manner and liaise with catering and main reception for any last-minute request
  • On the day meeting room management to ensure all client meeting request and over running client meeting can be accommodated

Additional Duties

  • Collate and provide statistics on client floor usage
  • Provide additional support for hot desk bookings if required
  • Assist the workplace assistant with any reasonable ad-hoc requests

Candidate Qualities

  • Highly personable and people focused individual with experience in delivering 5 star service standards in a corporate workplace
  • Going the extra mile is an every-day occurrence that comes naturally
  • Ability to liaise accurately both verbally and written, using appropriate professional corporate language
  • Experienced problem solver, diligent, detailed and thorough
  • Acts with integrity and understands the importance of confidentiality
  • Enjoys being part of a team and contributes enthusiastically to meetings and forums
  • Must take pride in their work and encourage others to always do their best
  • Approaches their work with diligence and attention to detail. Positive attitude, resilient and self-motivated
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel required
  • Technical knowledge of meeting room systems
  • Previous knowledge of Condeco an advantage
