Client Proximity Technical Account Manager II
Site: Nova/ Cuauhtemoc
Modality: B&M
Mon to Fri at 9:00 to 19:00 hrs.

- This role will be in charge of a systematic identification, analysis, management, monitoring and improvement of stakeholder relationships (Client/TP/I.T) in order to target and improve mutually beneficial outcomes, design the relationship management approach to be taken; including roles and responsibilities, governance, policies, processes, and tools, and support mechanisms. Finally, this role creatively combines formal and informal communication channels to achieve the desired result. • Key position responsible for being the Point of Contact between the customer and the Teleperformance IT Organization. The TAM is the Internal translator between Operations team and IT Organization. The TAM will be the escalation point of contact for technical issues. • Scope: This position implies to involve with all NCA Region and have communications with all NCA Region.
Education and specific training
- Electronics/Telecommunications/Systems Engineering or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
- Understands the communication and relationship needs of stakeholder groups.
- Translates communications/stakeholder engagement strategies into specific activities and deliverables.
- Facilitates open communication and discussion between stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact by developing, maintaining and working to stakeholder engagement strategies and plans.
- Captures and disseminates technical and business information.
Work Experience
- 3+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery fields
- 1+ years of experience in IT account management (desired)
Technical Skills
- Understanding of networking, contact center, cloud, virtualization, Digital Transformation fundamentals
- Knowledge of ITIL fundamentals
- Understanding Desktop Support, Systems and Networking fundamentals.
