Strategic Account (Apps) Team looks after the most performance-driven & technical advanced clients in the South-East Asia, covering Travel, SuperApps, and FinTech verticals. The team's mission is to establish TikTok's industry expertise & to grow share-of-wallet in the key industries, via customised solutions & strategic partnership with our top partners. This role requires strong technical knowledge in media solutions, and advanced consultative partnership skills.
Key responsibilities
As a Client Partner for Strategic Accounts, you will be the Account Lead for primary strategic clients.
This means that you will fully own the revenue goal for your book of business, drive strong QoQ and YoY revenue growth; And also fully own client relationships with senior stakeholders.

Media Solution & Product Expertise
- Develop a solid understanding of TikTok's full funnel ad solutions in conjunction with the client's business needs, especially on Performance Ads solutions
- Serve as an external product consultant on TikTok's marketing solutions, and drive value-adding services to clients' business & strategy
- Lead and co-drive innovative & customised product development with strategic clients to further grow our share of wallet for TikTok
- Build effective collaboration and connections internally with key cross-functional teams to help drive the optimal client support model
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and own meaningful relationships with the Head of Marketing in the client team, and occasionally with the C-Level
- Be a true business partner to your client, and lead the creation of comprehensive JBPs/Business Plans with clients' business strategy, market and industry trends in mind
- Provide white-glove customer service and act as an extended team to the client, across their Regional cross-functional teams
- Collaborate within TikTok cross-functional teams globally across product, marketing, legal, engineering and sales
Strategic Planning & Industry Insights
- Have a bird-eye view of the overall industry insights and trend, and translate that into account level actions
- Strike a good balance of Strategy & Actions, able to move back and forth seamlessly from a strategic mindset to operational details
