Across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Account Management, Agency Partnerships and Marketing Science, we work with advertisers to unlock the full potential of short-form video, not just as a media channel, but as a new way for brands to build relevance, drive action and shape consumer behaviour.
About the position
We are looking for a consultative digital advertising sales professional to join our Personal Care Pod in Korea. This role is for someone who is excited by how TikTok is changing the relationship between brands and consumers — from discovery and storytelling to performance and commerce. You will partner with clients to grow their businesses through TikTok's advertising solutions, helping them move with speed, creativity and commercial impact in one of the most dynamic spaces in media.
Responsibilities
Own growth across a portfolio of accounts, building trusted relationships that expand advertiser revenue and unlock long-term business opportunities
Lead high-impact client engagements to identify new prospects, uncover TikTok and TikTok Shop campaign opportunities and shape how brands use TikTok to connect content, commerce and consumer demand
Develop data-led narratives, presentations and sales proposals that translate client objectives into clear, persuasive TikTok growth strategies
Proactively identify clients' biggest business challenges, then mobilise internal cross-functional teams to solve them through TikTok's creative, media and commerce solutions
Manage pipeline and partnership progress with discipline, ensuring opportunities move with clarity from early conversation through to execution and measurable business impact
