About the Team
This role sits within TikTok's Global Business Solutions team in Singapore. We work with D2C, Retail, Apps, and Gaming brands to help them scale across TikTok markets globally, connecting brands with the right partners, tools, and go-to-market support to grow cross-border business.
About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Client Partner to own and grow a portfolio of brands expanding into global markets. This is a dual hunting and farming role. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new business while deepening relationships and driving revenue growth within your existing portfolio. You will work closely with internal teams across operations, strategy, marketing, and product to deliver measurable outcomes for your clients. Given the fast-paced nature of this role, we are looking for someone who is open-minded, agile, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. This role requires international travel of up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new business across high-potential categories.
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach and pitch to onboarding, activation, and delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships across all levels of client organizations, from working-level and mid-management contacts to business heads.
- Develop and execute account growth plans to drive revenue, and market expansion for existing partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio, managing day-to-day client communications, escalations, and strategic reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives.
- Track portfolio performance against targets and present insights and recommendations in business reviews.
