Aleph is the authorized advertising partner of Reddit in Singapore, bringing the power of community-driven conversations to brands and agencies across the region. As Reddit's local representative, we are growing our team with people who are curious, resilient, and energized by building a market from the ground up.
 
This is not a plug-and-play role. It is a rare opportunity to shape how Reddit is introduced, sold, and scaled in Singapore. You will work directly with agencies and advertisers in a fast-moving environment full of opportunity, and your impact will be visible from day one as a Client Partner Lead for Reddit in Aleph.

What you'll do:

  • Pitch Reddit's advertising solutions and community-driven value proposition to local agencies and brand clients across Singapore and the region.
  • Manage and grow client relationships, helping advertisers understand how to maximize the impact of their Reddit campaigns.
  • Serve as the voice of the Singapore market, channeling product feedback to Reddit and Aleph to inform platform development.
  • Collaborate with Client Solutions Managers and cross-functional colleagues to drive client success and revenue growth.
  • Represent Reddit at industry events, client meetings, and marketing conferences to build the brand's presence in Singapore's advertising landscape.
  • Provide accurate pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and market intelligence to support business planning.
  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and onboarding through to contracts and invoicing — ensuring a seamless client experience.

What you need for this role:

  • 6+ years of experience in digital media ads sales, adtech or similar.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset — you are energised by building new business and comfortable working with ambiguity.
  • Composure under pressure and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing, high-growth environment.
  • Genuine curiosity — you ask great questions, love learning, and bring insight to every client conversation.
  • Patience and persistence — you understand that building lasting relationships and market presence takes time, and you are committed to the long game.
  • Strong collaboration skills and cultural intelligence, with the ability to work across diverse teams, markets, and functions.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital advertising sales, media, or a related field (agency or client-side experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional language skills relevant to the Singapore market are an advantage.
