We are looking for a strategic, high-impact Client Partner to lead the overall engagement, strategy, and health of our client portfolios. In this role, you will be the definitive bridge between our clients and our internal execution teams. You are not just a relationship manager; you are a trusted advisor to the client and a rigorous quarterback internally.
The success of a Client Partner is measured by the deep trust gained from both the client and internal teams, the flawless delivery of cross-functional MarTech solutions, and your ability to proactively advise clients to drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Client Leadership & Trusted Advisory
- The Trusted Advisor: Act as the primary strategic lead and single point of contact for client leadership, earning their trust by deeply understanding their business objectives, KPIs, and pain points.
- Expectation Management: Confidently navigate and manage client expectations regarding scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring clarity and alignment at all times.
- Performance Consulting: Proactively advise clients on how to optimize their marketing technology, data strategies, and campaign performance to achieve better business outcomes.
2. Cross-Functional Internal Orchestration
- Internal Alignment & Collaboration: Maintain a strong, collaborative relationship with the internal execution teams (technical directors, data analytics, campaign operations, and creative).
- End-to-End Delivery Management: Manage every internal function involved in the account to ensure the team provides the right deliverables at the right timeline, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in internal workflows and actively mentor or guide the delivery team to improve operational efficiency and service quality for your accounts.
3. Account Growth & Financial Health
- Portfolio Growth: Identify organic up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by introducing new MarTech capabilities, platforms, or strategic services.
- Retention & Health: Own account retention, ensuring high client satisfaction scores (NPS/CSAT) and long-term partnership stability.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in Client Management, Account Leadership, or Strategic Consulting, specifically within a MarTech firm, Digital Transformation Agency, or SaaS provider.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of the marketing technology ecosystem (e.g., CRM, CDP, Data Analytics, Salesforce, or Google ecosystems).
- Orchestration Skills: Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional internal teams (Tech, Data, Media) to deliver integrated enterprise solutions.
- Soft Skills & Gravitas: Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders externally and command respect from technical execution teams internally.
- Problem Solver: Highly adaptive with strong conflict-resolution skills able to stay calm under pressure and align competing priorities between the client and the internal delivery engine.
- Languages: Fluent in both English and Vietnamese with impeccable presentation and negotiation skills.
