Requirements

The Role

You will be a senior, trusted point of contact for selected accounts—building executive relationships, identifying new initiatives, shaping transformation roadmaps, and translating delivery signals into concrete business opportunities.

This is not a classic Account Manager role focused on follow-ups, and it is not a pure hunter role. We’re looking for someone who can combine relationship strength, business judgment, and technology fluency—someone who acts as a real partner to the client and works hand in hand with delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Own growth across an assigned portfolio of existing clients: revenue expansion, account value, and long-term relationship strength.

  • Build and maintain relationships at Director / VP / C-suite / executive-board level.

  • Identify business needs, pain points, and growth opportunities proactively—not only when the client asks.

  • Guide clients through digital transformation roadmaps and next-step planning.

  • Work closely with founders, Delivery Managers, Program Managers, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects to turn project signals into new initiatives and commercial proposals.

  • Run structured account reviews, backlog reviews, growth plans, and decision-oriented client meetings.

  • Translate client problems and delivery insights into clear internal actions.

  • Be present on-site with clients when the business situation requires it.

  • Gradually take over selected client relationships from the founders.

What You’ll Bring

Must-haves

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B client-facing roles within software houses, IT consulting, delivery, or technology services; 5+ years strongly preferred

  • Proven experience growing existing client accounts, not only acquiring new logos.

  • Confidence in running conversations with senior decision-makers on the client side.

  • Strong understanding of software delivery, technology projects, and the realities of selling complex services.

  • Very strong business English (C1/C2).

  • Meaningful experience working with US-based clients

  • Readiness for travel and on-site client meetings.

  • Strong business maturity, autonomy, and proactive style.

  • Ability to speak credibly about business, technology, and delivery—not just sales.

Strong pluses

  • Background in roles such as Client Partner, Account Director, Delivery Manager, or Program Manager

  • Experience in organizations selling complex technology services.

  • Hands-on exposure to account growth, farming, expansion, and upsell

  • Experience in international environments and confidence in building trust on-site.

  • Exposure to working or living abroad.

This role is for someone who does not want to be just a client caretaker. We’re looking for a partner who can build trust, understand business and technology, work closely with delivery, and materially grow the client portfolio.

Preferred B2B model: 15,000–20,000 PLN net + VAT base, plus a variable component. For exceptionally strong candidates, we’re open to a broader discussion.
