This role sits across Business Development, Account Management, and Client Success.

What You'll Be Doing

Market & Opportunity Development

  • Lead market and competitor research to sharpen opportunity qualification and strategic targeting
  • Own proposal preparation and commercial inputs from first draft to final submission
  • Maintain pursuit trackers and pipeline discipline to ensure nothing falls through the gaps
  • Drive client outreach and meeting preparation to expand networks and create new revenue opportunities

Client Account Support & Engagement

  • Lead account planning and stakeholder mapping to clarify client priorities and strengthen engagement outcomes
  • Develop client meeting materials, briefs, and talking points that reflect the quality our clients expect
  • Monitor active engagements proactively, flagging risks early before they become delivery issues

Service Delivery Coordination

  • Coordinate schedules, resources, and communication between internal teams and clients to keep delivery seamless
  • Track service KPIs, progress, and attendance, providing leadership with clear, timely visibility
  • Prepare stakeholder updates, summaries, and delivery documentation to a high standard

Partnership Development

  • Manage existing partnerships through structured research, documentation, and follow-up
  • Identify and assess new partner opportunities to expand strategic capabilities
  • Prepare partnership briefs, meeting notes, and action trackers that reflect professionalism at every touchpoint

Internal Alignment & Leadership Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports that give leadership genuine visibility on progress, priorities, and risks
  • Develop executive level briefs and presentations ready for senior audiences
  • Coordinate conference, event, and engagement planning to maximise value and alignment

Commercial & Financial Coordination

  • Review pricing inputs, cost assumptions, and commercial elements to strengthen proposal accuracy
  • Track revenue, utilisation, and contract progress with an eye on risk and financial performance

What You'll Bring

  • Solid Account Management experience within defence, cybersecurity, or technology, this environment will be familiar to you
  • A client-facing presence that builds trust quickly and sustains it over time
  • Commercial fluency — you understand the BD cycle and contribute to it, not just support from the edges
  • Operational discipline — you own reporting, proposals, and presentations without needing to be managed
  • The ability to work with discretion and precision in complex, sensitive client environments
