Anavah Talent is a U.S.-based recruiting and staffing firm helping growing companies build high-performing remote teams across the Philippines, Latin America, and South Africa.

We're looking for a Client Operations Lead to own the client experience and keep hiring engagements moving from kickoff through successful placement.

This is a high-ownership role combining client success, project management, recruitment delivery, and operations You'll work closely with leadership and our recruiting team while helping build the systems and processes that allow us to scale.

TYPICAL DAY

You'll lead client kickoffs, monitor hiring pipelines, coordinate with recruiters, facilitate interview scheduling and feedback, follow up on outstanding actions, and provide proactive client updates.

You'll also improve delivery workflows, build SOPs, maintain dashboards, and identify opportunities to reduce manual work through better processes and automation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Success & Recruitment Delivery

• Own day-to-day client relationships throughout active searches
• Lead client kickoffs and establish communication cadence and expectations
• Coordinate with recruiters to keep searches moving
• Monitor pipelines, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding
• Identify bottlenecks and escalate risks proactively
• Keep clients informed of progress, challenges, and next steps

Operations & Process Improvement

• Improve client onboarding and recruitment delivery workflows
• Create and maintain SOPs and documentation
• Track delivery KPIs and maintain reporting dashboards
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
• Maintain accurate information across systems such as Monday.com and Workable

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Within your first 90 days, you'll be expected to:

• Independently manage client communication
• Keep active hiring projects organized and moving
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Proactively identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks
• Become proficient in Anavah's systems and recruitment process
• Implement meaningful improvements to our client delivery workflows

Requirements

• 4+ years in Client Success, Account Management, Project Management, Recruitment Operations, or a similar role
• Experience managing multiple clients or complex projects simultaneously
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or companies
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally without direct authority
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Requirements

• Recruiting, staffing, executive search, or HR services experience
• Startup or professional services experience
• Experience with Workable, Monday.com, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
• Experience creating SOPs, dashboards, or operational workflows
• Familiarity with AI and workflow automation tools
