Job Description

As a Client Onboarding & Documentation (CO&D) Transformation Process Management Associate at JPMorganChase, you will support the planning and execution of key CO&D initiatives. You will partner with Third-Party Oversight, the Vendor Management Office, Legal, AI Governance, and other stakeholders to advance vendor onboarding, AI governance, and client-facing document and template governance, with a focus on consistent execution, clear accountability, and timely delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will analyze and help resolve complex client-onboarding process issues while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and policies.
  • You will coordinate team priorities, strategic initiatives, leadership routines, progress tracking, and follow-ups.
  • You will maintain project plans, timelines, dashboards, reporting, and action logs to support key business priorities.
  • You will monitor deliverables, identify risks and execution gaps, and drive recommended actions to improve outcomes and accountability.
  • You will lead cross-functional initiatives across client-facing templates, AI governance, and vendor management.
  • You will align scope, sequencing, dependencies, and milestones with Product, Process, Technology, Operations, Controls, and Policy partners.
  • You will prepare executive-ready presentations, summaries, communications, and performance updates.
  • You will deliver work with accuracy, quality, discretion, and operational discipline, and support conflict resolution to strengthen collaboration.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills.

  • 4+ years of experience managing and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in client onboarding, KYC, or document-management operations within financial services or a related industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, reporting tools, and project-tracking platforms such as Confluence and SharePoint.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level materials.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions and leadership levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; willingness to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, including explaining onboarding procedures and updates clearly.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, reporting, AI prompting, and emerging technologies.
  • Experience using tools such as Alteryx and Tableau to support analytics, automation, and business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Agile practices and tools such as Jira.
  • Demonstrated conflict-management skills and ability to foster collaboration.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or geographically distributed teams, with ability to translate complex information into actionable, executive-ready materials and drive continuous improvement, process optimization, standardization, and innovation.
