As a Client Onboarding Analyst, you will play a key role in the client onboarding process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high quality standards.
Conduct KYC/AML reviews in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Verify client documentation and perform risk assessments
Identify potential issues and escalate where necessary
Collaborate with Compliance, Quality Assurance, and other internal stakeholders
Provide support to clients and internal teams throughout the onboarding process
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
Support onboarding-related projects and initiatives
Minimum 1 year of experience in KYC, AML, Compliance, or Client Onboarding
Understanding of financial regulations and onboarding processes
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills
Fluency in English (minimum B2/C1)
Experience in an international environment
Ability to work under pressure
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
