
Client New Business Development Manager (New Business Technology Recruitment)
Location: Manchester, Leeds or Birmingham
Salary: £60,000 £90,000 base + uncapped commission
Our client is a high-calibre player in Technology and Professional Services Recruitment and part of a larger independent Recruitment Group. The group specialises in interim, change management and leadership talent across six continents particularly in technology, digital transformation and emerging leader markets.
They are currently a lean team of 10, 3 x Business Development (in Retail and FS Recruitment), 3 highly experienced delivery consultants and 3 admin support. This means you will be operating in a high-visibility, high‐impact role where your hustle directly drives results.
The role
You're an experienced Recruitment BD professional (or senior IT executive-search recruiter), with a strong existing network (international is a plus) and a track record of delivering new business in technology recruitment (interim and perm). The delivery team is already established you will focus on the growth side.
