We are seeking an outstanding Cient Manager/ Nurse to join us in building one of Sweden’s most refined and patient-focused aesthetic plastic surgery clinics. This is far more than a traditional nursing role. The Cient Manager/ Nurse position is a dynamic and multifaceted role that combines clinical nursing expertise with patient coordination, front office excellence, and operational involvement. You will serve as one of the clinic’s primary patient contacts, guiding individuals throughout their entire journey with professionalism, empathy, discretion, and attention to detail. As this is a newly established position within a newly developed clinic environment, you will have the unique opportunity to actively contribute to building systems, routines, and a world-class patient experience from the ground up. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical & Patient Care

  • Provide high-quality nursing care before, during, and after aesthetic and medical procedures
  • Perform patient intake assessments, vital sign monitoring, and pre-treatment evaluations
  • Assist surgeons and clinicians during consultations, treatments, and procedures
  • Administer medications, injections, and treatments within scope of practice
  • Monitor patient recovery and provide clear post-operative and aftercare guidance
  • Maintain accurate and compliant medical records according to Swedish healthcare regulations
  • Identify and escalate clinical concerns promptly and appropriately • Contribute to a calm, safe, discreet, and reassuring patient environment

Patient Coordination & Front Office Excellence

  • Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional service
  • Coordinate bookings, scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, and patient communication
  • Manage intake forms, consent documentation, and patient administration
  • Handle invoicing, payments, and operational coordination when needed
  • Collaborate closely with clinic leadership and Adoreal teams
  • Maintain an organised, elegant, and highly professional reception and clinical environment
  • Coordinate supplies, logistics, and communication with external partners and laboratories

Clinic Development & Operations

  • Participate actively in creating workflows, systems, and operational routines
  • Help establish a premium patient journey and elevated service culture
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and continuous optimisation
  • Maintain strict compliance with GDPR, confidentiality, and Swedish/EU healthcare regulations
  • Represent the values, standards, and vision of Skulptur Kliniken and Adoreal in every interaction

Requirements

We are seeking someone who is not only clinically skilled, but also highly motivated, emotionally intelligent, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care and aesthetics. The ideal candidate is confident in both clinical and administrative settings, comfortable taking initiative, and excited by the opportunity to grow together with a modern, ambitious clinic.

Required

  • Registered Nurse (Leg. Sjuksköterska) with a valid Swedish nursing licence (Socialstyrelsen)
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience (aesthetic, dermatology, or general practice preferred)
  • Strong patient communication skills with a warm, professional bedside manner
  • Ability to multitask and move fluidly between clinical and administrative duties
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
  • Interest in aesthetic surgery and patient-centred care

Preferred

  • Experience in private healthcare setting
  • Experience in Injectable treatments (Registred Injection Nurse)
  • Familiarity with plastic surgery surgical procedures
  • Previous experience in a front-of-house or patient-facing coordination role
