About Us

For 25 years, All About Caring (AAC) has supported people with complex needs to live safer, more stable and more meaningful lives. We specialise in supporting people living with brain injury, spinal cord injury and degenerative neurological conditions, many requiring 24/7 supports delivered in their own homes or Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). Our clients, families, funders and clinical partners trust AAC to deliver consistent, safe and well‑coordinated services — even in the most complex environments.

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Client Manager to join our Client Services team. The Client Manager is the key relationship and service quality lead for an allocated portfolio of clients across shared supports, individual support and high-hours services.

This role is primarily client-facing, focused on building trusted relationships with clients, families, support coordinators, clinicians and other stakeholders while ensuring services remain safe, responsive, person-centred and sustainable. You will work closely with support teams, quality and clinical stakeholders, rostering specialists and client engagement teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and positive outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an allocated portfolio of clients across multiple service types.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, support coordinators, clinicians and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct client reviews, evaluations and ongoing service monitoring to ensure supports meet individual goals and needs.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and supervision to Support Workers
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, organisational policies and risk management requirements.
  • Manage incidents, feedback, quality improvements and client-related escalations.
  • Develop and review Support Management Plans and client documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive service quality, continuity and positive client outcomes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to sustainable service growth.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in disability, community services, health or a related sector.
  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships, stakeholder engagement and service delivery.
  • Strong understanding of NDIS and SIL Practice Standards, person-centred practice and risk management.
  • Experience leading, coaching and supporting frontline teams.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365 and client management systems.
  • Relevant qualification in Community Services, Disability, Nursing, Allied Health, Social Sciences, Business or a related field (desirable).
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and a valid Australian Driver Licence.

What We Offer

  • Flexible hybrid working arrangements that support work-life balance.
  • Additional Birthday Leave because celebrating you matters.
  • A predominantly client-facing role where you can build meaningful relationships and make a real impact.
  • The opportunity to lead service quality and influence positive outcomes for people living with disability.
  • Career progression opportunities within a growing and innovative organisation.
  • Ongoing professional development, leadership training and support.
  • A collaborative and values-driven leadership team that genuinely supports its people.
  • Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • The opportunity to help shape the future of disability services and contribute to organisational growth.

We are a values-driven organisation and are looking to attract professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for clients while working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
