Qualifications and requirements

• Qualified CA/CPA and experienced hands-on Client Manager.
• Relationship-driven leader dedicated to building the capability and empowerment of your colleagues.
• Excellent communicator and comfortable engaging with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Do you champion the success of clients and colleagues?
• 3+ years of experience in Australian Public Practice Accounting

Role responsibilities

• Client management including action plans, workflow, budgets, forecasts and financial analysis.
• Technical responsibilities including review of financial accounts and income tax returns, tax planning, budgets and forecasts, and analysis prepared by the junior team.
• Professional Development responsibilities including mentoring, training and on-the-job coaching of colleagues.
