About the Opportunity

As our Client Liaison Officer, you'll play a central role in ensuring operational excellence through quality assurance, administrative support, and proactive stakeholder communication. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, compliant, and efficient outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing data entry, records maintenance, and invoicing to meet client SLAs
  • Conducting quality checks on field agent work to ensure compliance with procedures and legislation
  • Acting as the key communication point between clients, field agents, and internal teams
  • Preparing reports and correspondence for clients and stakeholders
  • Identifying compliance issues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

About you

You're a natural communicator with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. You understand the importance of compliance and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.

To be successful, you'll have:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work accurately with high attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy including Microsoft 365 and database systems
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)

Highly regarded:

  • Knowledge of debt collection legislation and financial services regulations
  • Experience in repossessions, debt collection, or financial services
  • Certificate III in Business Administration or related qualification
