Job Description

A fast-paced West Little Rock law firm is seeking a Client Liaison to support our legal collections and recovery team. This position serves as a key point of contact for clients, helping move cases forward while providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with clients regarding legal collections and recovery matters
• Assist in progressing legal cases and gathering necessary information
• Monitor case activity and maintain accurate records
• Provide professional customer service and respond to client inquiries
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case management

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of legal experience in a professional office environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
