Hagerty is a company built by drivers for drivers. We put our members at the center of everything we do and are dedicated to making it easier and more enjoyable for enthusiasts to drive and celebrate the machines they love. We’re proud to be the world’s largest insurer of collectible and enthusiast vehicles and are home to the Hagerty Drivers Club, the world’s largest car club. We’re committed to Never Stop Driving. Ready to get in the driver’s seat? Join us!

As Client Liaison and Administrator, you’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and administrative support across Broad Arrow’s lending, auction, and private sale activities. You’ll work closely with Car Specialists to ensure clients have a smooth, positive experience.

What you’ll do

Broad Arrow Capital:

  • Manage all loan onboarding and maintenance tasks, including entering loans, uploading required documents and banking forms, setting up autopay, and updating client payment information
  • Maintain complete, organized, and compliant deal files; process HPI registrations for UK loans; and complete pre‑ and post‑payout checklists for compliance and audit
  • Conduct KYC, AML, and credit searches to support due diligence
  • Oversee the collateral database by reconciling liens, locations, insurance, title status, inspections, and supporting documentation
  • Update the loan administration system as loans transition into BAC funding lines
  • Build trusted client relationships through regular follow‑up, managing file updates, collecting required documentation (including insurance, signatures, and supporting materials), and supporting all payment‑related inquiries
  • Serve as the primary liaison with internal Broad Arrow Group teams—coordinating quarterly valuations, performing NMVTIS searches, and assisting with U.S. lien applications and filings
  • Assist Broad Arrow Specialists with preparing term sheets, client presentations, and other sales support materials

Broad Arrow Auctions and Broad Arrow Private Sales:

  • Support auction operations by processing catalog requests, bidder registrations and post-sale settlement, including invoicing and payment collection
  • Provide onsite assistance during auctions and other events as needed
  • Maintain accurate records in company database and external systems
  • Provide general administrative support across the EMEA business
  • Serve as a key point of contact for incoming inquiries (both email and phone) and ensure responses are handled in a timely and professional manner

This might describe you

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing administrative role, ideally within the finance, automotive, collector car, or auction industry
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Positive, collaborative mindset with a strong emphasis on teamwork and delivering the best outcomes for clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow effectively to meet deadlines, including while working independently as part of a remote team
  • High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and strong work ethic

Over and above

  • Proficiency in European languages is a plus, particularly German, Dutch and Italian.

Other things to note

  • This position is open to remote work in the United Kingdom. However, team members who reside near the Broad Arrow office will follow a hybrid schedule, working from the office three days per week.
  • Must be flexible to work evenings/weekends, with the ability to travel internationally for auctions as needed
  • Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable.

At Hagerty, we share the road. We are an inclusive automotive community where all are welcomed, valued and belong regardless of race, gender, age, or car preference. We are united by our shared passion for driving, our commitment to preserve car culture for future generations and our desire to make a positive impact in the world.
