Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a high-profile technology client, ensuring exceptional service and strategic guidance.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team to deliver integrated campaigns across digital media and performance marketing channels.
• Develop and execute account strategies that drive client growth, retention, and satisfaction.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative solutions that meet client objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and present results to senior stakeholders.

About You

• 10+ years of account management experience within a marketing, advertising, or digital agency environment.
• Proven track record managing large, complex accounts, ideally within the technology sector.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
