Client Lead - Away From Home / Out of Home / Food Service / HoReCa Channels

Location: Flexible, ideally based Midlands or South/South East (Home based with travel)

Salary in region of £50-65k, plus car allowance (£480per month), bonus, private health care, annual leave purchase and other great benefits

Are you an experienced Client Lead with a strong background in field sales, gained either agency-side or brand-side? You’ll bring proven experience of having end‑to‑end responsibility for a large field team, leading through a management structure, alongside senior client ownership and a clear track record of driving commercial success FMCG experience is highly desirable.

Our Client Leads operate at a senior level, reporting into a Business Unit Director or Director, and play a pivotal role in shaping client success and team performance. We are keen to consider applicants who have operated at a senior level either within a field sales marketing agency setting or have operated client side (brand) with exposure to and strong understanding of field sales. FMCG field sales experience is highly desirable. We are looking for Away From Home - Out of Home - Food Service channel expertise or similar.

We’re looking for someone who can:

  • Own the client relationship at a senior level, acting as the trusted partner.
  • Take full accountability for end-to-end operational delivery
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, including P&L responsibility and KPI delivery
  • Proven people management experience , having lead and inspired a large field-based team
  • Work autonomously, translating client strategy into clear, actionable plans for our teams.
  • Operate at a strategic level, shaping overall account direction, providing leadership across teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and balancing strategic vision with operational delivery to drive strong commercial outcomes.
  • Evidence proven experience operating within multiple channels - in particular Away From Home, Out of Home, Food Service, HoReCa

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead the day-to-day client relationship, overseeing planning, performance, and reporting. Using insight from the field, you’ll propose new initiatives, unlock additional business opportunities, improve operations, and support business growth. Your ability to adapt, influence, and constructively challenge will ensure successful delivery while keeping both client and team engaged.

A large part of your role involves data analysis and storytelling, so strong analytical and reporting skills are essential.
