About the Role

As a Client Intake Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for new clients - handling enquiries, conducting intake interviews, and ensuring every client feels supported and informed. This is a people-focused role where empathy, communication, and organisation come together to create a positive start to each client’s journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries via phone and email
• Conduct compassionate intake interviews and gather key case details
• Assess eligibility and schedule consultations for solicitors
• Manage client data accurately in our case system
• Maintain confidentiality and deliver exceptional client service

• High attention to detail, organisation, and adaptability
• Experience in client intake, administration, or customer service (legal or medical background valued)
