What you will do

• Be the first friendly voice our clients hear. Respond to phone inquiries promptly and professionally, making every interaction count.
• Build genuine connections by engaging leads consistently through calls, emails, and texts.
• Listen actively to understand each client’s needs and recommend tailored solutions from our family law services.
• Celebrate your results, track your success, and regularly share progress with the team.

• Stay organized and efficient by maintaining accurate records and following proven sales strategies.
• Guide clients through the onboarding process, making it easy for them to get started with clear explanations and support.

What success looks like

• Strive to obtain and sustain a minimum average 35% conversion rate.

Pursuant to California regulation, the annual salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.

Requirements

• Possesses previous sales experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm setting
• Has superior computer skills and data entry abilities
• Ability to handle objections with compassion and skill
• Articulate with advanced communication skills by phone and email drafting
• Exhibits active listening with genuine empathy, but maintaining absolute, authoritative control of a phone call to guide potential clients to a financial and legal solution
• Displays a high level of personal accountability
• High School Diploma or its equivalent, office work experience, and a self-directed work ethic
