What you will bring:
5–8 years of experience in client intelligence, CRM, or analytics, ideally within luxury retail or a data-driven environment, with a strong understanding of clienteling and client experience
Strong command of CRM and analytics tools (e.g. Salesforce, SQL, Databricks, Power BI), with the ability to translate business needs into relevant and impactful data solutions
Ability to transform complex data into clear, compelling insights and narratives that support decision-making and drive action
Proven ability to collaborate and influence across teams, engaging stakeholders and empowering boutique teams to adopt data-driven practices
A curious, agile and detail-oriented mindset, with a passion for luxury and a strong appreciation of Hong Kong & Macau client dynamics
