As a clientele and financial services agent, you are responsible for providing personalized service and support to affluent and high-net-worth clients. You work with the advisors to identify and meet the financial services needs of members and clients in the specialized wealth management networks. More specifically, you maintain close relationships with members and clients by becoming the go-to person when they need specific information for their day-to-day banking or to conduct day-to-day financial transactions. You also play a key role in supporting the advisors by carrying out transactional or operational activities related to the financial services offer. You create offers for routine financial transactions and sales support based on the needs and expectations of affluent clients and high net worth clients. You show them how to interact with Desjardins's tools and channels, and equip them to use the method of their choice, encouraging self-sufficiency and the use of automated operations.
