Primary Function of the Role
Builds strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure revenue is identified, booked accurately, and processed in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
• Support, review, and manage one or more of the following activities:
◦ Calculate and agree with suppliers on referral fee revenue owed and manage referral billing.
◦ Identify and book manual fees and ad hoc requests accurately.
◦ Calculate interest and late fees per contractual terms.
◦ Update billing profiles in the system.
• Act as a point of contact between various areas of the organization.
• Actively participate in process improvements and contribute to management goals.
• Monitor risk activity and write-offs related to revenue booking and collection.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal contacts to identify unapplied receipts.
• Serve as a clear point of contact for suppliers and internal departments.
• Provide monthly reports on revenue due, booked, and collected.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Show resilience and determination in achieving targets.
Specifications & Qualifications
• Formal accounting education and relevant training.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting duties, including accounts receivable, collections, and journal entries.
• Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and report on large datasets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Confidence and dedication to take ownership of issue resolution.
