Job Description

DWR Veterinary Specialists are recruiting for a part-time Client Experience Team Member. This position is a permanent part-time role working 15 hours per week, across 5 days Monday to Saturday. 9am-12pm.

Main Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and their pets upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner

• Communicating directly with our vets and nurses regarding their appointments, clients and patients

• Explanation to our clients of the status of their accounts, taking payments and issuing invoices

• Checking of accounts before discharge to ensure that they are up to date and correct

• Arrangement of routine and emergency appointments from our referring vets in primary care practice

• Fielding of phone and electronic enquiries from clients, referring vets and colleagues
• Checking accounts daily to ensure they have been correctly priced, are up to date and correct, checking ward costs have been added and are correct
• Maintenance of patient clinical records using our practice management software system.
