
Mission Recruiting is seeking a Client Experience Specialist (CXS) to help grow our recruiting, staffing, consulting, and HR/payroll service lines nationwide.
This role combines inside sales, outside sales, and account management responsibilities. The CXS manages relationships with active and inactive law firm clients while also prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
This is a high-activity, relationship-driven role focused on communication, follow-up, pipeline management, and revenue generation.
