Client Experience Manager – Atascocita, TX
We are looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping athletes, parents, and adult members feel connected, supported, and successful throughout their journey at D1 Training Atascocita.
This is an opportunity to play a major role in creating an elite member experience while helping build one of the strongest training communities in the Lake Houston area.

Key Responsibilities
Member Experience & Retention- Oversee the 30/60/90-day member journey for all new members- Welcome and onboard new athletes, parents, and adult members- Track attendance and identify at-risk members- Conduct accountability check-ins and follow-up communication- Coordinate weigh-ins, InBody scans, and milestone check-ins- Celebrate birthdays, PRs, milestones, and member achievements- Build strong relationships with athletes, parents, and adult members- Help execute cancellation save and retention follow-up conversations
Community & Culture- Help create a positive, high-energy atmosphere inside the facility- Support member engagement and community-building initiatives- Assist with referral initiatives and review requests- Help ensure every member feels connected and supported- Bring positive energy and professionalism to the facility daily
Operations & Organization- Maintain organization of member communication and CRM systems- Help maintain onboarding consistency and accountability systems- Assist leadership with operational follow-through and communication- Ensure no member falls through the cracks throughout their journey
Qualifications- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality- Highly organized with strong attention to detail- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills- Ability to connect naturally with athletes, parents, and adult members- Positive attitude with a team-first mentality- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Comfortable with phone calls, texting, and member communication- Fitness or gym experience is a plus, but not required- Experience in hospitality, customer service, community engagement, or fitness preferred

D1 Training is a leading fitness concept that utilizes the five basic tenets of athletic-based training to help people of all ages achieve their sport and fitness goals.

All D1 Training locations offer four age-based programs including Rookie (ages 7-11), Developmental (ages 12-14), Prep (ages 15-18), and Adult (ages 18+). Each fitness program is based on the five athletic-based training tenets: dynamic warm-up, performance series, strength program, core and conditioning, and cool down. To ensure athletes are on track to meet sport and fitness goals new workouts are created every eight weeks by D1’s National Training Panel, led by Bartholomew, optimized for desired results. Outside of group workouts, D1 Training offers one-on-one training with world-class coaches which has been utilized by professional and Olympic athletes.
