As a Client Experience Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients by understanding their business objectives, translating them into Clinch solutions, and guiding our internal Clinch team and clients to achieve success. You will have a client experience mindset and be responsible for campaign oversight, teaching clients how to use the platform effectively, and leveraging your deep understanding of the platform to drive strategic outcomes. Your primary role is to drive your clients' adoption and usage of the Clinch platform. Your ability to identify opportunities and threats, take urgent action, and optimize client learning will be crucial in this role
