Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Client Experience Coordinator to join our growing remote team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, providing exceptional customer service, and creating positive client experiences from start to finish. As a Client Experience Coordinator, you will work directly with clients to understand their preferences, answer questions, coordinate personalized service requests, and assist in organizing memorable getaway experiences. You will research destination options, accommodations, activities, and transportation while ensuring every detail is accurately documented and communicated. Your ability to build rapport, stay organized, and provide timely follow-up will help create a seamless experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Coordinate personalized service arrangements and confirm important details.
  • Research accommodations, destinations, transportation, and experience options.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage scheduling updates.
  • Provide ongoing support before, during, and after client experiences.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Utilize company-provided systems and digital tools to manage daily responsibilities.
  • Stay informed on industry updates, promotions, and destination information.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and online communication platforms.
  • Customer service, hospitality, sales, administrative, or coordination experience is a plus but not required.
